Hi all

I realise I haven't written on my blog for some time, and hope I'll be forgiven.  Latest news that Ros, I and Sarah and her boyfriend are off to Canada for the month of September.  Actually, Sarah arrived in Vancouver on the 20th of August, we will join her and Clancy on Tuesday the 27th.

This obviously means that I will not be available for the entire month of September, but return on the 27th.

Until then, do take care and I'll see you back at Rick's at Bargara on my return!

Since before Christmas 2018, I've been presenting on Encore 96.3fm Bundaberg Community Radio on Mondays and Fridays from 9am to midday.  My program titled "Crooners, Swingers and Songbirds" has been very well received, and I get phone in calls every day I'm on with lovely comments from listeners as well as song requests and the like.

We are hoping to stream the radio within the next few weeks, so stay tuned (pun).

Hi all

I haven't posted in some time, but I figured I should advise all visiting the website that I will be unavaliable from about 21 Aug to 21 Sept as I'll be holidaying in my native Canada.  This will likely be the last time we will be able to get over there (and back!) so we're trying to get it all in in one month's time!

Roslyn has been busily trying to organise an itinerary, and it's no easy matter as we try to make possible visiting so many friends and rellies across the country from Vancouver to Montreal.

All being good, we'll be back and I'll resume gigging from around the 21st of September.

The calendar function on my web page is known at the Gig Guide, which is automatically updated to show when and where I'm performing.

Either way, theases are the easiest ways to find my up and coming gigs, but I'm always happy to take phone calls or emails for specific date requests.  The above are simply a quick mehtod for anyone to check and see if a date is indeed available before contacting me to book.

Just uploaded a revised edition of my Song List for viewing/downloading.  Just a few edits; I'm now well over 800 songs in the repertoire and growing almost daily!

It's official now - we are residents of Bargara, near Bundaberg, Qld.  Roughly 300 kms further north from our previous residence on the Sunshine Coast, we are now calling Bargara home.  This is a lovely area, and we are so close to the beach that we are walking daily to it with Maisey, who also adores her new home.

Moving to a new locailty will require me to re-establish myself and my music business, but I've already performed on Mothers' Day at the Bundy PCYC markets and was very well received.  I'm waiting to be called to perform at Rick's at Bargara, right opposite the beach, and is a very popular venue for breakfast, lunch and dinners, featuring live music over the weekend.

In order to get myself known, I'm willing to give venues a trial to see if I meet their requirments at a very special cost, so if you're looking for classy entertainment for dining, "morning melodies" or whatever, please feel free to give me a shout by phone or email, or leave an inquiry on these pages.
